- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped cooked chicken, celery, green onions, halved grapes, and sliced almonds.
- Add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Stir everything together until evenly coated and combined.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (ideally 2 hours) to let the flavors meld.
- Taste after chilling and adjust seasoning with more salt or pepper if desired.
- Serve cold, either in sandwiches, wraps, or over a bed of salad greens.
💡 Notes¶
- This salad must be kept cold due to the chicken and mayonnaise. Always store it in the refrigerator.
- For extra crunch, toast the almonds before mixing them in.
