  • 1 rib celery, diced
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) Dijon mustard
  • ΒΌ teaspoon (1.5 g) seasoned salt, more to taste
  • β…› teaspoon (0.5 g) black pepper, or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon (1 g) chopped fresh dill (or ΒΌ tsp dried dill) – optional

Optional Add-ins

  • 1 cup (150 g) chopped red grapes or chopped peeled apple
  • 2 tablespoons (15 g) chopped nuts (pecans or almonds)
