A quick and satisfying appetizer perfect for any occasion. This creamy, crunchy tuna salad pairs beautifully with your favorite crackers โ ready in just 10 minutes (plus chill time)!

๐ง Ingredients¶
- 1 can (6 oz / 170 g) albacore tuna in water, drained
- 5 tablespoons (75 ml) mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon (9 g) minced onion
- 2 teaspoons (4 g) minced celery
- 1 teaspoon (2 g) superfine mustard powder
- A dash of ground black pepper
- A dash of salt
- 1 pack of soda crackers or snack crackers
๐ฅฃ Instructions¶

In a medium bowl, combine the tuna, onion, and celery. Mix well with a spoon.

Add in the mayonnaise and mustard powder. Stir until fully blended.

Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let flavors meld.

When ready to serve, scoop about 1 tablespoon of the tuna salad onto each cracker.

Serve immediately and enjoy!

- You can add a sprinkle of chopped parsley or paprika for garnish.
- For a lighter version, substitute mayonnaise with Greek yogurt.
