๐Ÿง‚ Ingredients

  • 1 can (6 oz / 170 g) albacore tuna in water, drained
  • 5 tablespoons (75 ml) mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon (9 g) minced onion
  • 2 teaspoons (4 g) minced celery
  • 1 teaspoon (2 g) superfine mustard powder
  • A dash of ground black pepper
  • A dash of salt
  • 1 pack of soda crackers or snack crackers

๐Ÿฅฃ Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the tuna, onion, and celery. Mix well with a spoon.

  2. Add in the mayonnaise and mustard powder. Stir until fully blended.

  3. Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.

  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let flavors meld.

  5. When ready to serve, scoop about 1 tablespoon of the tuna salad onto each cracker.

  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
